The mat is my new favorite. There is some curling on the ends after being rolled out but they flattens out. The mat is sticky and provides great support without being so cushioned that it’s unstable. I’ve been looking for a mat that has reference points for consistent hand and feet placement. The fact that the mat is textured is a major bonus feature. I do a lot of super hot yoga which requires a towel so it loses a bit of functionality in that setting, but it’s awesome for practicing at home or before I’m sweating so much that a towel becomes a safety requirement in class (lol). Align body suit is wonderful. Hoping they come out with a long sleeve or 3/4 sleeve body suit with shorts someday. The mat is still pricey on wmtm, but it is a really great mat. If yoga is your thing it might be worth the investment.
