Need some help. I get all the way to step 6. I have my new family seed. I go to Toast Wallet. The instructions say "click add account" then click "add existing address". Toast on Mac only gives the options of new wallet, restore existing wallet, and submit offline transaction. So I click restore existing wallet, which I think is the same thing as add existing address. I enter my new family seed like the instructions say, and I get an invalid backup error, please check that the text is copied correctly.

I checked the XRP blockchain and my offline transaction did go through. So I imported the family seed into Gatehub. It imports but it's not my XRP address so it's empty. I'm at the end of my crypto knowledge PLEASE HELP.
