I was mounting a TV at work and got some fingerprints on the screen, grabbed a container of wet-wipes that was on a nearby desk and started wiping, it looked like the screen had melted in the middle. My co-worker who was with me mentioned that the chemicals in the wet-wipes could sometimes melt the anti-glare coating. I started freaking out and ran to the the bathroom and got some damp paper towels and started wiping again. Luckily it was just some optical effect and everything wiped away completely clean after.

Also, as a side note, if a screen ever gets a minor scratch, try rubbing some Vaseline into the scratch and wiping away the excess. It maces the scratch much less noticeable.
