Use a GOOD tuner and check at the 12th fret once the string is in tune. It's been a very long time since I had a floating/FR type bridge but I recall one hex screw, the one in line with the string moving the saddle forward or back. Do remember that guitars are "approximately" in tune and intonated, they can't hit every pitch perfectly without frets that look like Picasso imagined them. I would definitely get it in tune before locking down the hex screws on the small plates behind the nut, or you probably end up adjusting it an extra time.
