(Trigger warning)I’m a bit out of the loop so forgive me for this question but what are trans people facing in America that puts them in danger? And what rights to non trans people have that trans people don’t?

Black people are arrested at higher rates during pullovers because of how they act. You can’t get arrested if you don’t do anything wrong bro. People aren’t just going around arresting black people for being black. Is there drugs in the car? Are they refusing to give their license? Are they acting like a “gangster” for street cred? I live in Canarsie, I’m white. I see with my own eyes why black people get arrested more then white people. Black people have terrible role models, which include a lot of the celebrities that preach gang violence. They often (72% of the time but let’s say 60%) have no father to correct their behavior. 99% of my friend group is black, 99% of my peers are black. I want them all to succeed but in general they set themselves up for failure. Their culture GENERALLY speaking is “I got $10000 what ima do wit it? Imma buy a chain” not invest it in property, or stocks. Then that $10000 chain they bought gets robbed and pawned for $3000. I’ve literally seen this happen more then once especially with the Covid unemployment. We need to incentivize good family structure in the black community, increase funding to schools in lower income neighborhoods, and stop putting these celebrities on pedestals.
