Customers who have experienced the same problem as me might actually see this post and might know what's going on and answer. It is not just employees here. That being said, there are employees here who might actually know more than you do. I'm not in any rush for an answer, so I thought I'd throw this question on here. Honestly, no response at all is better than you telling me what you just wrote. There are plenty of of helpful subs out there for businesses and professions. Why not Tim Hortons?
