Trying to Get Rescinded

There's a post on r/princeton where someone is deciding between Brown and Princeton, and the top comment is "who tf is hiring out of Brown".

Obviously, people still hire out of Brown, but my point is that especially in the finance industry, employers will tend to favor the bigger name. There's only so much you can learn from a one hour interview. The MIT/Princeton candidate is usually a much safer option to go with, and no employer will ever get scrutinized by their boss for hiring a MIT/Princeton grad.

Not to mention they want people who will contribute to a positive working environment.

Sure, but I think in the finance industry this is less true. Stuff like IB isn't exactly known for "positive working environment". It's known for squeezing every bit of usefulness from each employee and then dispensing them when no longer needed.

Ivy League graduates who got excellent grades come a dime a dozen

*Brown graduates with excellent grades come a dime a dozen. (and harvard too). At MIT/Princeton? Hell no. Your grade carries a lot of weight over there cuz half the class isn't getting an A.

It would serve you well (both in your life in general and in your professional future) to loosen up a little bit.

That is true. How am I supposed to loosen up with no friends though? I don't have any real friends, only the fake friends you find in competitive areas. The only thing I am even capable of doing is working hard in academics to further my career prospects. Socially I am completely inept. Mentally I am completely inept.
