Look at RS, they haven't been touched since the end of the war and time and time again they've elected Čović-style nationalists but to what avail? Are the roads better there? Are the pensions better there? Is employment better there? Can you imagine if you or they declared independence, things would just go hunky dory and not think about the small level of support they would get, in regocnition, in newly created sanctions (leading to fewer investors)? You say you want reform (which is bullshit considering in HNK the police is segregated, the schools are segregated, the hospitals are segregated, there are no local elections in your and mine town anymore) but all you've been doing for the past five months is dogwhistling you want to leave.
