I wanna have a serious discussion about a manga i've recently read and see if i should feel bad about liking it.

I've recently read a manga called miageru to kimi wa (looking up to you), which to me, was fairly enjoyable. It's far from perfect with underdeveloped characters or teases that go nowhere, but it was still okay. My main issue comes with the love between the 2 MC's

If you dont know, it's a love story between this cool tall girl and a short guy. The problem is that the short dude is depicted... pretty shota-ish. It's confirmed that he's around the same age as the girl and they are in the same year of class, but that makes me sound like a "no bro she's a 5000y old dragon" guy.

In short, is it problematic that i liked this manga?
