Unlike most established companies the new CEO got to replace all senior management and lots of low level managers. As well they reviewed the product line and acquired the hottest startup (Lawrence) to boost the bottom line.
But our CEO is a bad communicator to the shareholders who’ve been long on this company. And the prized acquisition is losing eyeballs — especially compared to competitors in the marketplace. Ultimately it’s the board that will be patient or ask for a resignation with buyout.
