Bloody rule 5, but anyway,

OP who had the "Vehicle Shutting Down" error message a few days ago on his Model Y took it to service, and they refuse to replace the rear motor that more than likely caused the issue:

Got the car back. No motor was replaced. Only the rear inverter. I asked what caused the failure & the service advisor smiled & said “we don’t know.” China & Germany have both done recalls on this.
