As I've already mentioned, after i updated the Gefrorce experience and restarted windows, I started to get BSOD bad_system_config_info everytime while windows was getting loaded. After Windows boot failed 3-4 times, it automatically loaded the 'advanced boot options' screen. Even trying to boot into safe mode gave me the same bsod and failed to load windows repeatedly. So it's clear I was not able load windows in the first place in order to uninstall GeForce Experience.

Clearly there was some windows registry corruption that it couldn't automatically repair, so after a couple of failed boots, in the advanced boot options screen, i choose to restore my system to a previous point.
