We have to hope, but the majority of the people that got it that far are still there, and the senate is now controlled there too. The problem is that it could get necroed any minute, and it's in a prime position to become law.

Just saying what I'm seeing, and I gotta say, it worries me on a LOT of levels. Its about more than just us not being able to enjoy the tobacco we know and love...
