This van is currently driving through London

It getting more expensive isn't a good thing to brag or boast about though..

The best place in the world for tech businesses, Silicon Valley in the US is insanely expensive but they're literally the Hollywood of the tech industry worldwide. Cities literally will nickname themselves 'Silicon Valley of ______" all over the world.

And it's funny, in America where most of the worlds tech startups focus their energy on for sales - I'm constantly hearing about Warsaw and Melbourne for Western countries.. I literally never hear about Berlin.

Warsaw is highly sought after because it has everything needed.. it's cheap, laws for intellectual property is strong, it's well connected to the world, the actual city itself continues to dramatically improve, etc.

Melbourne is very expensive but it's one of the best places to live in the whole world and the reason why it's always mentioned is because there's a huge number of wealthy Asians from other countries moving to Australia.. they see it as a much more stable market than their home country.

I know it goes against the circle-jerk of this thread that Berlin is suddenly the hottest spot in the West for tech startups, but it's not.
