Wage Gap

Wages is what you make hourly. Earnings is obviously what you've earned. If you get the exact same wage as someone who works more hours than you they are going to make more. The wage gap was debunked on the reasoning that there are more men working than women, period. The wage gap was based on how much each gender had EARNED that year.

They didn't account for the stay-at-home moms who don't freaking work therefore shouldn't have been included. No, they just included the entire female population, and compared it against the men. Women work less, period, what with maternity leave, being stay-at-home moms and the fact is that most people in the workforce are men for whatever reasons.

Literally almost every single job I've worked at least 75% of my coworkers were men. That's because women just don't work as much. The fact is that they should have compared by ACTUAL wages which is how much you make hourly or yearly if you're salaried. There were so many issues with that study that they just threw it out entirely. Even the Huffington Post and many other credible sources came out with articles denouncing it. Just accept that the wage gap was bullshit and get out from that rock you've been living under.
