Wasn't this supposed to be easy?

After an exhausting 10 hour day trying to make this work, I threw in the towel. It was issue after issue, I spent hours on the phone with some amazing tech support people but nothing worked.

We finally got the modem working, but it would only work on one coax cable that was suspended in my basement rafters so the modem was dangling in the ceiling.

Once that worked, we couldn't get my router to work. I dropped another $150 on a new router, just for that not to work either. There is clearly an issue somewhere and it's just not meant to work here in this house.

All the staff I dealt with were amazing, but if you are no comfortable self installing this, DO NOT go with TS. Unless you are certain your house will be plug and play, you could be in for a nightmare.

I got a full refund and got an even better deal from Rogers which will be installed likely before I could even get a tech out to look at my TSI.
