Weekly Newbie Thread- Ask A Lore Expert

I agree its for discussion and talking things through can be helpful. That being said in this particular situation he linked different pages/sections of the same website. Again, not trying to be a dick, but you would have been just as good at looking up those linked sources as he would have. That's not true for all situations but it is true for this one.

I'm not even really criticizing you I'm just criticizing reddit and how people ask for sources on the top Google search for shit. Undoubtedly requiring a source from someone who is preaching something rather ambiguous is helpful, especially when it's not easily google-able. But when people start asking for sources for things that are literally the top Google search it seems....... Lazy?

Ultimately it doesn't matter. You requested and he provided. I guess I'd just like to see an Internet culture where Person A States a Fact so person B questions that and does personal research. Upon not finding conclusive answers person B asks for sources. But I shouldn't have to link a source to the fact that we landed on the moon in 1969 as its the top Google search. Just food for thought.
