It’s okay, thank you so much for ur kind words. Yeah my doctor being kinda dismissive has made me feel more hopeless but I’m just not sure why she would be that way? Like what her motive would be?

I am not that knowledgeable about RAI. I remember at my first appointment my doctor said she wouldn’t advise me at all to do RAI or thyroid surgery because she said I’m too young. I’ve done a little research on rai and have read things about how it can cause cancer and all these bad long term effects.

Also since you’re on 2mg daily, are your levels normal? And do you feel sick everyday? Im curious how long you were taking it before you got it reduced to 2mg.

Thank you so much for your response. And yes I think the part weighing most heavily on me is this depression. I don’t really have anyone to talk about this too so your response really makes me feel like at least someone understands me.
