8% of all accusations being false is a large number. Rape/assault shouldn’t be treated differently then any other crime. The accuser needs to have evidence and prove the crime beyond a reasonable doubt. I understand that sexual crimes went far too long to face the repercussions they deserve, but that doesn’t mean we should let our justice system work off of emotions, because that is extremely dangerous.

If this lady is accusing Jamar, she should go to court and be ready to present a case like any other crime. If she doesn’t, Jamar should also have the ability to go to court and present a case that this is a false accusation. If it is proven false, she should get prison time.
