Sorry, I 'm unable to take part on the discussion. As I said earlier I was busy till 4th June.
First of All welcome to our new moderator /u/ShotgunMavericks .
There are so many things we need work on. so, I take step by step all things.
(What its mean - It mean some moderator only work on theme and CSS because this is really hard work but some moderator don't have a work right now, (Yes, I'm straightforward on this. Because we don't have a large database to handle it but still I'll keep it up as mod because they are like my friends and in future it will become large) so those moderator who don't' have too much work please start submitting post daily for increasing content and work on advertisement too [I never saw anyone who have done advertisement in other sub like /r/newreddits and other] (mention this sub on diff. sub in comment when it related to subreddit but, make sure all your comments are not just about your subreddit as other moderators may see that as spam ) )
Work should be divide to every moderator. Don't interrupt any other moderator on his work (yeah, Suggestion is good but it shouldn't be look like that you are proving wrong to someone).
Every thing is important for growing any subreddit. (THEME, CONTENT, CSS, SIDEBAR, FLAIR, RULES, WIKI, etc )
A bad thing is that our moderators don't read all mods messages. bcoz if your read my yesterday message advice given by (/u/Ooer moderator of /r/AskReddit) . You don't give suggestion about about asking other sub for sidebar because we need to try and hit 1,000 subscribers before asking if other subreddits can add you to their sidebar. Once we manage to get a few subs to agree to that you will see your reader base grow. Okay (I'm not pointing anyone) :)
Link flair we need to be very wide on this (we need so many link flair because in this sub. People ask Question from diff. categories. When you add link flair just tell me how to change name of flair (example Change flair name from OTHER to HISTORY ) )
Start submitting content 2 - ∞ if not possible 1 is compulsory. (Start searching internet find diff. content )
And yes, we should create liaison [I don't know how it work] but I don't want to communicate with other sub right now bcoz I alread done this and they don't reply me. Bcoz we are new. and In future when we agian try to communicate they think we are spammer. Just setup liaison but don't use it.
