The older you get, the badder you need to be. Hustle game already established (at this age you should be confident in selling privates AND champagnes). Body on point Flexible and knows how to dance Experienced with makeup, coordinating outfits that work for your body type, hair etc. CONFIDENCE- If you feel like you're old and therefore not as sexy as the younger dancers, the customers will also feel this. You project what you feel.

The club in Hawaii I worked at had lots of 30 year Olds and a few in their early 40s. Colorado has a cutoff age of like late 30s however I have seen a 50 year old woman stripping at my upscale club and she was taking all the money from the 18 year Olds including me at the time. She might have been doing extras though her hustle game was a little sketch lol. But she approached EVERY CUSTOMER.
