That's a delta of nearly 10% which is a bit concerning. Did you make sure to close any background apps when you ran the benchmark and also set it to discrete graphics mode in the bios with the fans set on max?

Your RTX 2070 Super is actually performing worse than a stock 115W RTX 2070 Super, which usually scores in the ~8300 range for Time Spy graphics.
