Here’s why your ideology isn’t coherent - you claim that socialism is bad because it’s equivalent to communism and then espouse anti-monopoly legislation WHICH IS SOCIALIST. Given time, capitalism results in monopolies. That is its natural end state. Die-hard libertarians might disagree, but it sounds like you don’t.

If you are for the government stepping in to maintain a certain level of welfare in this way and preserve a capitalistic, competitive system, you lose the ability to call government interference communist. You can disagree with how much government interference there should be, but the argument that social welfare = Stalin’s USSR doesn’t work anymore.
