So why did they ask me to come in for an interview and waste my time? They could've just told me this. This is bullshit. I had a 1 hr conversation with the interviewer and it was going well. I had all the requirements and was smiling and giving all the correct answers - in her words. Then she showed me around and tbh the staff didn't seem to happy that I was brown. Noticed it was all white people working there too. I think this is the reason somebody must've been moving that they won't work with me. Also, they've all been working there for years and when I was asking questions and trying to get to know them, they didn't smile much, seemed rude and didn't give detailed answers appart from 1 man.
