Everything. And im being honest. Just dont stress it
You dont have to remember every single little detail. But you're expected to understand hybridization, acid bases, nucleo and electrophiles, stereochem(very very very important, specially for the later sections in ochem 2), alkenes, alkanes, and retrochemistry (very important too)
It goes without saying, skills like keeping count of electrons, or even knowing electronegativity trends, should be second nature
Somewhere I have a folder with all her homework and test from like 3 years ago when I had her, but it also has ochem as a second language which is an all you would need for ochem 2. Remind me and ill send it later
