its a retail job. little to no proper training. your experience will be entirely dependent on your Team Leader and Team Members you work with directly.

Expectations are high and unreasonable at times but trust me, as long as you don't piss everyone off and do your best, you'll be golden. I can't stress the "no training" part enough though, don't be afraid to ask questions. Also don't take it to heart if things are explained to you like you're a little kid, it's just how it goes. We're in retail, not NASA.

Don't expect to make friends. Most people won't even make eye contact with you, despite seeing you almost every day of the week. Especially if you're a guy.
