My first aid kit.

Not bad. I think I’d take the alcohol wipes out, and a few other items, replace with IV bag, and IV prep, along with BP items. But that’s coming from background in EMS, and not everyone can do those things.

Edit:: This paragraph in my opinion is important: Oh a big one you can do is get a pulse ox from Walgreens, also get a blood glucose monitor from Walgreens, along with the little packets that help raise low glucose. You’d be amazed at how often someone looks like hell, and at times really going through hell and it’s their blood glucose levels.

A big item to think about, and may be in there, is the cover to put on someone’s mouth so you won’t go mouth to mouth(touch wise) if needing to give air to them. Or better yet the small bag valve so you wouldn’t have to get your mouth involved. With that you have to start thinking about space though. For some reason I want to say they have a really small version of a bag valve mask for emergency’s, I’m just not sure because we do carry them on our rigs.

Other than that I’d say a ton of 4x4 pads and a wrap or two. That would be an amazing kit to start out with.

I like the tourniquet, don’t know if you’ve ever had to use one or not. If you have you know what I’m saying, but if you haven’t before and need too, tighten that sucker down way harder than you naturally feel like is enough.
