We used to have a really awesome SD, but they retired. Now ours is like a dictator, and basically everyone is quitting now because of them. They're too scared to tell us we are doing something wrong, but they'll tell our immediate TL to tell us instead. Too scared to thank us for doing a great job handling certain annoying situations. Doesn't tell anyone when visits are(which means all TLs are screwed if they take their lunch when it happens.) Constantly keeps coming up to departments and "checking in" on them, but if you're busy(and struggling), they'll peace tf out and not ask if you need help. They thought Fulfillment didn't matter, so they made everyone focus on toys, and other departments that didn't need all that focus, thus causing us to lose being one of the top stores in Fulfillment. Keeps stealing people from other departments, making them understaffed, just to help out some other fuck ups. Steals people from other departments to work on other stuff, then yells at the same people for not completing their other stuff, which they were pulled away from.

I'll say that, our old SD was the best, nobody wanted to quit, overall the majority of people were happy working there, but once they retired, everything went to shit with the SD we got. I get that they have a store to run, but killing off your store, and getting everyone to quit, is not how that's done.
