Who knows what the deal with the fake registry returns scam?

well if Target apparently doesn't care to train us on these issues,

i guess not much we can do.

it would be easy to have such trainings. but instead every three months, we get badgered about some stupid active shooter or workplace safety video that we've already seen 100 times.

as someone that covers tech sometimes, it's just ridiculous that there's no basic training on how to handle keys, how to safeguard expensive goods or how to scrutinize returns, because guest service at my store is always calling and acting like because we're 'tech' we have some kind of insight into tech return fraud. that'd be nice. if you would simply make a stupid video and teach us.
