What supplements have you guys got ready for if you get COVID-19?

My partner and I unfortunately contracted it the end of July. We have at least three genes that indicate a more severe reaction to it and are both A+. We did not end up in the hospital but are severly struggling to regain our health.

We take a higher quality multi vit to help cover some things like Zinc, selenium, etc. We took 8g of Vit C, 2g of magnesium, 3g of high quality fish oil, 10,000iu of Vit D, 2g curcumin, and about 2g of elderberry a day on top of our normal supplements like chromium, methyl folate, etc etc (I don't want to type out the whole list on my phone lol). I did not supplement with Iron because I have mild hereditary hemochromatosis and my Iron tends to run higher.

Today, I still cannot walk as fast as I used to, and I've managed to work up to an average of 5,000 steps without having much issue. If I over do it though I will develop a low grade fever and be completely floored for about three days. I'm barely able to do body weight exercises let alone lift weights again. It's become extremely depressing to be honest how long recovery is taking. There is no support where I live from medical professionals at all either. Essentially once you're past the two weeks mark and you don't need to be hospitalized they're done with you due to being so overwhelmed. My partner has a three month wait to even be able to see their gp for a 'physical' as a follow-up.

Besides the very mild hereditary hemochromatosis (which with routine testing have been able to control with diet/exercise and have only had to give blood once due to experimenting with an iron supplement on the recommendation of a doctor), I have no known underlying health conditions. And where as I have a bit of extra body fat I was working on dropping, I am not obese.

Also, it's been 9 weeks since I should have started producing antibodies and I just had a test done and no longer have detectable levels of antibodies.
