What do you do to cure a common cold?

If it starts hitting the lungs hard or dealing with a lot of mucus, mullien is is my MVP. The teas are quite weak, and the tinctures taste horrid so I take the solaray mullien capsules.

Boiron Oscillococcinum (helps with body aches, headache, fever, chills, and feeling drained/tired).

Boiron Corallium Rubrum 5c for hard fitful type coughing.

Black elderberry syrup.

When anything causes throat issues for me I find gargling mouthwash a few times a day not only helps with the pain but seems to always help me get better quicker. When I don't, I'm typically sick 5-7 days longer.

Outside of that, healing foods, rest, and lots of fluids.

I do this when I deal with a cold, flu, upper respiratory issues, or bad sinus infections (the elderberry and mullien mainly for the last couple).
