Hey man I completely understand how gruelling honours year can be. I personally almost gave up honours (maths) when I was half way through because I was struggling that much. It is definitely a very rough experience and you are not alone.

I'm not sure what the nature of your thesis project is like or how much progress you've made so far, but if you can I do suggest you try and pull through. Summer holidays + term 1 is a bit less than 6 months so I'd say it's doable. You might surprise yourself in the end, and even if you don't get the mark you wanted that's fine too. Completing honours year is an achievement on its own.
