I can't count how many times I've been temping and it's a fucking broken personality Narcissist at the center of it all. I'm like since GFC the Ns have crawled out of the wood work to just wreak havoc. They never actually achieve anything either. Ultimately they are a massive cost to the company. The last bit of narcissism - so depressing I was so used to a narcissistic game plan that I immediately started to flatter the N, made no comments to any one about the usual discard flattery cycle, because sure enough other co workers began to say things like "She doesn't really mean it" and "She's like that with everyone" and the usual bullshit cabal. Sure enough whilst I was there for a temp contract of 4 months, 4 people quit most of them with in the last 2 weeks of me about to leave. That meant that Queen Bee Narcissist was going to spent the next 3 months bullying other people. I can't calculate how much misery that cow causes. They get away with it over and over again.
