Saw a 'ghost rainbow' aka fogbow.
Moderate fog, and looking across you could see something was different, but hard to tell.
Then suddenly it materialized fully and was a totally white 'rainbow'! It was really cool and I had no idea that even happened. I took a quick pic, posted it online, and the local news reached out, wanting to use it on their newscast that night.
I felt weirdly proud that my odd little phenomena was on the news :D
Two days later NBC reached out and posted it also. Since then my odd little pic has gone around. I'd post it but it has my real name attached so here is another one:
