When are these exchanges going to fix their customer service issues?

Yeah I was thinking about this too - a looong time ago I ran a business where we sold a valuable online product and we had a bunch of staff. At one point we saw a customer receiving an absurd amount of product and after we cut them off, they called to complain that they had paid Ralph (one of our support reps) on the side to get unlimited access to our product. Ralph was an older guy with a family that we had trusted and this was only hundreds of dollars that tempted him. Can you imagine Ralph working inside coinbase and getting access to people's crypto? So I sorta get why there is no support. When it's this much money and it's basically untraceable, can you even trust the CEO?
