"Most of" as in a large portion. You know, every single medal won by Marion Jones (T&F), Justin Gatlin (T&F), Carl Lewis (T&F) granted a bit earlier), Paul Hamm (Gymnast), Tim Montgomery (T&F), Lance Armstrong (Cycling) and those are just a few of many, but the ones I remember at the top of my head. Most of these names where hailed as US heroes for their many, many medals. A few cried in interviews with Oprah and the US got away with cheating their way to medals, in a way Russia didn't (as in: Russia got banned, the US keep competing).

Just those 6 names have (not counting countless medals in other competitions than the Olympics) 24 olympic medals. Just for those 6 athletes. That's 24 illegal medals for one country, for such a small, number of all the doped up US athletes over the years.

They (the US as a whole) got away much easier than the Russians. Both have cheated alot over the years.
