I was going to go with my good ol' Genos, but Flashy boy actually managed to endure a short time a free for all fight vs... basically 2 DBZ level fighters.... I think Geno's with another 5 updates won't be able to do this. And I'm not a Flashy Flash fan boy in no possible way, but the fact that he wanted to save a B class and a monster in the same time from certain death, unlike any other S class heroes does make him stand aside.

Also, he killed a ton of criminals, warlords, assassins and other bad people, although under the pretext that they were sending assassins after him. But still, he did way more good to the society than many more other heroes because of this. Monsters come and go, but the society with her scumbags will forever be as long as it exists, and he helped it with his actions.

Also, not going to talk about WC but he's even more likable in the foreseeing future and I can't wait for it. With all being said, i repeat, not a fan boy, but I like this character. Also also, with his current power level....dude... AS would need an effing Jedy sword to beat him by this point...
