bomb could be more dangerous simply because he doesn't have any sort of relationship with garou and wouldn't hesitate to defeat or kill him if necessary, the flash sword is his attack power, he fought relatively well against garou and platinum without possessing his main weapon, if he had his sword, i'm sure he would be able to hurt both garou and platinum, flash is practically an assassin, his trump card was definitely in his sword, now blast and saitama i don't even need to explain
