Who actually thinks a c-section is the ultimate failure?

I’m going to sound like the biggest idiot but keen to understand how other people feel. I’ve had two c sections…one emergency and the next recommended because of the first.

I went into birth very unprepared, kind of on purpose as I just thought medical team know what they are doing and I’ll just go along with it. I wasn’t one to read up about birth or watch videos etc. Just thought it’s natural and it’ll happen lol.

I hear a lot of women go through trauma related to birth and I’d like to understand more. Is the trauma related to physical recovery? Or trauma related to anxiety and emotional trauma afterwards? Sorry I’m pretty naive around birth to be honest!
