Not sure why you’re getting downvoted. Yes, if the biker hadn’t kicked the car, this wouldn’t have happened. But also, if the car hadn’t cut the biker off (I can imagine it’s much scarier being cut off on a bike vs in a car), the biker wouldn’t have kicked the car.

Both the biker and the driver got into an altercation because of the initial cut off. The biker used his foot against the car and the driver of the car used his car against the body of the biker. To pin all of this on the biker seems unfair. The burden should be on the driver, as we are told as drivers from day 1 that cars are essentially killing machines. The driver literally tried to use his car to injure or kill a human being, after doing a dangerous move.
