I’ve been to plenty and plenty of training including classes with tier 1/2 dudes, leo, and civilians.

I’ve seen the SF dudes just suck absolute shit on the range. There’s legit doorkickers that have only been LEO only, and civilians that can shoot like fucking crazy. Example, the FBI HRT pistol instructor is a civilian with no le or mil experience and quit his job as a mortgage broker to instructor full time.

A 22 year old with zero experience stopped the Greenwood Mall shooter with some insane shots. He hit 8 out of 10 shots from 40 yards with a Glock 19 that had busted iron sights.

This video could be skill or just pure luck. We don’t know but assuming military experience is ehh.
