In the face of resurgent Nazism, it’s important to remember that wishing harm on those who wish harm to you is just as bad as wishing harm on those who were just quietly trying to exist, and where were possible avoid ever speaking to or thinking about you.

An angry victim of oppression is just as bad as someone who oppresses others. They’re exactly the same. This has never been more true than when Nazis are marching in first world democracies and first world nations are pushing through laws to criminalise birth control or protect the right to discriminate against minorities because of religious views.

Anyone who’s angry about the threats to their basic human rights is as bad as the people trying to take their rights away.
