You will always be able to buy rice and beans. There are local/state/federal actors that want to stop you from owning guns/ammo/standard magazines ect. And they're winning.

This is a claim with exactly zero supporting facts in evidence.

Let me rephrase that.

Think about the regulations/restrictions/bans/red tape/hoops/tens of millions of dollars of political and media campaigns surrounding guns on a state level in places like California? Or even federal level as a whole?

Now, Let's talk about the regulations/restrictions/bans/red tape/hoops/tens of millions of dollars of political and media campaigns surrounding bags of rice and beans?

Obviously i'm not saying that food will 100% plentiful in a SHTF situation.

I am absolutely saying that so long as the thin veil we call civilized society holds up, You will still be able to buy bags of beans and rice LONG after guns/ammo/standard capacity magazines have been banned.

Hell, Standard capacity mags are already banned in California.
