First, excuse the terrible resolution of the pic. But I took that picture from an older phone. The phone fell from less than 50 cm It was in my pocket while sitting on a chair. It fell on its side. Nothing happened, no crack or any problem with the display. Which is expected from such a low height drop. I proceed to charge my phone after couple of hour. And this white strip appeared out of nowhere and it has a black corner (I assume dead pixels). It starts strobing whenever always on display is on. The phone is still usable (touch wise). Few days layer, the screen needs from 8 till 10 presses on the power button to wake up. At that point, it rendered the phone quite unusualble. So I was wondering is this eligible for the warranty? Any tips on what to say to the Samsung rep (waiting for the quarantine to be lifted next week).
