Will this be the last Total War Warhammer?

There’s literally billions of people that disagree with you. With that in mind, these games aim to please fans from many different backgrounds and personal beliefs.

Concerns were raised that the lore as depicted - specific to the Muslim faith in this case - was insulting to those practicing the Muslim faith.

It’s the same reason we don’t see many games have situations where an in-game character is crucified for claiming to be the son of a god.

So while they could’ve ignored it, they went the extra mile and change some lore to not needlessly insult those people’s beliefs.

While religion(or the religion being talked about) may not be integral to your life, it’s been a cornerstone of life for a majority of our species, for hundreds of years. So being aware of what may/may not be offensive to a belief system is the sign of a business being socially aware.

It’s not any one faith dictating what can/can not be used in a fantasy setting. It’s the creators of that setting deciding to respect a greater range of cultures and beliefs.
