you are fundamentally misunderstanding whats happening. you arent forced to buy a 7 year old game, unless you want the content from that 7 year old game in the new game. what is so hard about understanding that you get warhammer 3 stuff by buying wh3, you get warhammer 2 stuff by buying wh2, and wh1 content for buying wh1. you still have a full game with only buying wh3, you just also get all the additional content released for old titles by buying old titles. in other games that content would simply not be there at all, obsolete. everyone who bought and played wh1 when it was the latest game doesnt have all of their content go obsolete when wh2 comes out, and same for wh2 content when wh3 came out. whats so hard about understanding that wanting additional content means buying it?

if immortal empires was still locked behind the paywall of needing all 3 games then yes, id agree with you but that recently changed, thankfully
