Sure, but it just makes me a little incredulous of the example of someone so very nice having endorsement level 1. Level 1 is just so low that a tiny number of endorsements would make the difference. I genuinely believe there is no way you can be nontoxic and not a troll/thrower and be endorsement level 1, barring the rare occurrence of being falsely reported and punished.

Personally, I don't do anything special besides my usual playing and ggs after every game, and I have literally never seen endorsement level 2. DPS players definitely get less appreciation, but seriously, an endorse once in a while will get you to 2.

And tbh any suspicion of toxicity is a good reason to premute...speaking from experience, your teammates will have garbage comms, and that's IF they even comm, until about high plat or diamond. You are really, truly, not missing out by muting that "poor, misunderstood" endorsement lvl 1 Roadhog in your low elo lobbies.

Probably worth noting that I sound halfway between a child and a woman and I would comm quite often. Maybe the same endorsement lvl 1 player would flame me for talking, but be completely passive and normal to you. There's probably a considerable difference in our experiences.
