VALORANTS bad hit registration being demonstrated (with network stats this time)

I know I have bad internet, so issues like this will only compound when I have constant packet loss and my network average graph looks like a mountain range in western Virginia, but I have had friends clip shots while spectating me where I'm lined up perfectly on the head of an opponent, I'm completely stopped, and I shoot like 4 bullets and only land one and it happens to be on the chest, not even on the head. Could this be chalked up completely to "RNG"? When my crosshair is dead center on an opponent who isn't moving, is crouch spraying, while I line up a shot and shoot and multiple bullets just phase through them like it's nothing. A bigger issue is the fact that a teammate that is spectating me can see the same thing I'm seeing and they're able to clip it as proof. Normally when I'm lagging or the server is acting up spectating teammates can see me not shoot/disconnect mid fight for a second, while on my screen I'm shooting, but in certain instances it's the case that shots are completely phasing through people and multiple players on my team as well as myself see it happening in real time.

If it is the case that instances like these actually can be chalked up to RNG, then that is arguably much worse for the integrity of the game than any network issue whether client side or server side. If the gunplay is so reliant on random bullet spread on your first burst then the game might as well be an online slot machine.

I've also made several comments talking about server tick rate shitting itself and tanking when gun fights happen across the map. Pretty much always drops under 100 when any action occurs if the server is bad, although these are extreme cases. I've also noticed the server tick rate drops when I have connection problems, which doesn't make all that much sense to me because shouldn't the tick rate stay at a solid rate regardless of if a player is having issues with their internet? Why would my terrible ISP and connection be able to interfere with Riot's server tick rate? This issue compounds to cause an awful in-game experience because one game it could just be the server shitting itself, even when my internet is stable for that match, and another time it could be that my internet is just shitting itself and it has nothing to do, or very little to do, with the server.

All I know is that this game has the second worst netcode in any game I've ever played, the only one that tops this game is Rocket League, which is by far the most unplayable game on the planet if you have even the slightest bit of internet problems. At least Val is playable to an extent, even if half my shots don't seem to connect and I get ferrari peeked and insta tapped the second I turn a corner.
