The Witcher - Expectations and Experiences of a new fan
I expect to finally be able to chat with my friends about my favourite series, and a netflix account...
The books, the games but not Hexer, although I know some things about it, but I could never bring myself to watch it. Who knows? Maybe in the next five days in preparation for the netflix show.
I first started playing the game series in 2014 (or 13?) Right after the announcement of TW3 and I started reading the books in 2016, cause after replaying the games I wanted nothing other than more Witcher, and there was nothing left but the books (and Hexer I guess) also although it the time I didn't like to read much, after I heard about the movie project of Tomek Baginski.
I like this sub as many of it's members actually read the books and it made the 2 year wait easier, (Although sometimes I feel it's too positive).
The whole story is perfect and it was a unique first meeting/character encounter, and if the one from the main trailer IS their first meeting then it would be too cliché and not special.
I just hope they don't change the rest of the story too much.
