On the drug sentencing thing of course it's racist. 5 grams of crack cocaine, about 50 dollars worth, triggers and automatic 5 year mandatory minimum sentence. For the same sentence in powder cocaine it's 500 grams. That's half a kilo! One is clearly for a person trying to distribute, the other is someone who is using themselves. And for you to be like "well how about you don't do anything bad" as your answer is what I call the "perfect negro theory" i.e. be the perfect negro don't do one wrong thing and you'll be fine! Where as a middle class white kid doesn't have to be nearly as perfect.

Why are poor black communities violent? Perhaps you should look up Jim Crow, school segregation, a drug law that sends black men to jail at an alarming rate, limiting employment options when they get out and often leaving kids without a father.
